In this category ARPO offers an integral training system for plant personnel in Safety Instrumented Systems, which starts with an evaluation of plant personnel by way of tests and interviews at their work locations, a training matrix by responsibility levels is prepared and the instructor support material is developed. Moreover, all didactic tools for practical training are developed: simulators, equipment operation and practice with field information. At the end of each course an evaluation will be carried out to verify the understanding of each learner and a report containing the results and the improvement in the knowledge of these systems by trained personnel is issued. A web site is developed for the management of learners where they may reinforce their knowledge with practical examples and follow-up to their improvement.
