This service is used to develop personnel training programs for control and safety systems and also as a tool to validate the functionality of the systems during the FAT tests witnessed by the clients. ARPO Sequential Simulators use the manufacturer simulator technology for each type of PLC or TMR and integrate the Dynamic Data Exchange for the virtual intercommunication of control equipment using ETHERNT networks, with the field simulators developed in WONDERWARE and with Human Machine Interface stations normally also developed in WONDERWARE. This means that using these stations by an operator or the client itself may validate the control system functionality and/or validate its operational knowledge of that control or safety system in particular.

These simulators allow to validate the sequential dynamic operation of any safety system outside the client facilities using exactly the same programming software of the PLC or TMR as well as the operation stations within their facilities. Currently these stools are started to be used to purge the functional behavior of safety systems application when two or more safety systems which were isolated are integrated and evaluate the integral behavior in one complete analysis without having to carry out costly onsite tests.
